Each player draws a hand of 5 Congressmon™ and reveals their own Bill card. That Bill is your personal path to victory for the game.
Play Congressmon™ onto your Bill to build committee representation. Abilities let you chain several plays in one turn, and some let you draw an Event card, a wildcard that can help you, hurt you, or shake up the whole table.
First player to hit their Bill's committee threshold passes it and wins. For a longer game, play to the first player to pass three Bills.
Every game plays out differently. An Event can boost you, set you back, or flip the whole table at once.
